Radiologic Technologist - Concord, NC

Deliver critical imaging services and support patient care in a contract position focusing on Radiology Technology and X-ray exam delivery. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with robust imaging expertise, ready to work overnight and dedicated to the highest standards in medical diagnostics.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• On-call requirements with equitable rotation among team members (full time, part time, PRN, and travelers)
• No weekend or weekday shift rotations; contract schedule remains consistent
• Holiday coverage required only when it falls on a regular scheduled day

Qualifications:

• ARRT Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (or equivalent state certification)
• Proven experience with general radiology and X-ray procedures, including portable and department-based imaging
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, patient positioning, and equipment operation
• Flexibility to adapt to high-volume settings and collaborate efficiently within imaging departments
• Clear, professional communication and effective patient interaction skills
• Ability to participate in call responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality radiographic examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure safe, accurate, and compassionate pre- and post-imaging patient care
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic results
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor faults, and ensure required supplies are available
• Float within the department only as needed, including different x-ray areas and portable assignments within the facility
• Participate in on-call rotation, covering shifts equitably among peers

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
