Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures, including standard X-rays, in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
• Prepare and position patients accurately to obtain optimal imaging results
• Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of radiology equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to facilitate efficient workflow
• Provide compassionate and clear communication to patients regarding procedures
• Adhere to infection control and radiological safety guidelines at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license required
• Experience in a fast-paced hospital or clinical setting highly preferred
• Strong understanding of radiographic positioning, anatomy, and patient safety practices
• Excellent attention to detail with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively within a team
