Radiologic Technologist - Dearborn, MI

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
• Work every 3rd weekend
• Potential to transition to afternoon shifts in the future

Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current and valid ARRT certification (or eligibility)
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan for radiology technologists
• Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and conducting diagnostic X-ray procedures
• Strong focus on patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
• Capability to adapt to changes in assignments, shift schedules, and patient needs
• Positive attitude, effective problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy and care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to support diagnosis and treatment plans
• Prepare patients for imaging exams, clearly explaining procedures and maintaining a comforting environment
• Adhere to established protocols, maintaining strict safety and infection control standards
• Accurately document patient information, imaging results, and maintain clear communication throughout
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring continuous safe operation
• Provide support and guidance for less experienced staff or students, as needed
