Experienced Radiologic Technologists are sought for an engaging contract position in a dynamic healthcare environment. Professionals in this role support high-volume trauma imaging operations, contribute to surgical procedures, and ensure patient care standards are met in a collaborative team setting.

Available Schedules:

  • 11:00am–7:30pm, Monday through Friday.
  • 1:00pm–11:30pm, every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications:

  • ARRT certification and current BLS required.
  • Prior experience in at least a level 1 or level 2 trauma center.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating room (OR) procedures.
  • Experience supporting orthopedic, neuro, and vascular procedures highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality radiologic imaging examinations, including X-rays, according to physician orders.
  • Deliver expert imaging support during complex surgical cases, collaborating closely with surgeons and nursing staff in the OR.
  • Operate imaging equipment and ensure accurate image capture, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in evaluating and positioning patients appropriately for each procedure.
  • Maintain precise records and process images through PACS for timely review.
  • Apply up-to-date knowledge of trauma protocols and infection control standards in all activities.
