Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Valid state licensure as a Radiology Technician
• Proven experience in operating radiologic equipment and performing diagnostic imaging
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and patient positioning techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare and position patients for radiologic procedures, prioritizing patient safety and comfort at all times
• Operate X-ray and related equipment to produce high-quality images
• Evaluate images for accuracy, ensuring optimal clarity for diagnostic interpretation
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record system
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety measures to protect patients, staff, and oneself
• Support radiologists and medical teams with timely delivery of diagnostic information
• Contribute to the upkeep and calibration of radiologic equipment
