Radiologic Technologist opportunity available in Flint, MI, specializing in imaging primarily within the Operating Room (OR). This contract position requires candidates with solid experience in OR radiologic technology, ensuring precise and efficient imaging services in a dynamic surgical environment.

Schedule Options:

  • Three 12-hour shifts: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Four 10-hour shifts: 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Schedule includes working every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiologic imaging procedures within the OR, supporting surgical teams with high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient positioning and safety during imaging.
  • Maintain and operate radiology equipment according to established protocols.
  • Complete necessary documentation and comply with safety standards and infection control practices.
  • Participate in required training to enhance skills and adapt to facility-specific practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an X-ray Technologist or Radiologic Technologist, with demonstrated expertise in OR imaging.
  • Proficiency in operating radiology equipment and applying imaging techniques in surgical settings.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care standards.
  • Ability to work effectively during late shifts and weekends as scheduled.
  • Certification and licensure as required by the state and regulatory bodies.
