Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) - Gastonia, North Carolina

Schedule:

• 8-hour night shifts
• Monday through Friday, 11:00pm – 7:30am
• 40 hours per week
• No weekend rotation—stable, designated schedule
• Holiday work only if it falls on a normally scheduled day
• No on-call or call back requirements

Qualifications:

• Licensed and certified Radiologic Technologist/X-ray Tech
• Strong technical proficiency in imaging, including portable x-ray procedures and working within a radiology department
• Experience operating imaging equipment and complying with safety protocols
• Ability to adapt to different areas within the x-ray department as needed
• Dedicated to delivering accurate diagnostics in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities:

• Perform x-ray imaging procedures as prescribed by clinical staff
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Float as needed within the x-ray department and conduct portable studies in designated areas
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure prompt and effective patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all compliance and confidentiality standards
