Radiologic Technologist in Gastonia, NC

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Desired Background and Experience:

• Current ARRT certification or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Practical experience as a Radiology Tech or X-ray Technologist in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in performing a wide range of radiographic procedures
• Strong understanding of radiology safety standards and patient positioning
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Flexibility to participate in call coverage, with fair and equitable rotation alongside all imaging team members
• Willingness to work scheduled holidays if they fall on a regular workday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams according to physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other technologists to deliver optimal patient care
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient records
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure quality and safety
• Float within the imaging department for coverage in different X-ray areas, including portables, as needed (no external floating required)
• Adhere to departmental policies, infection control, and workplace safety standards

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
