Radiologic Technologist in Goose Creek, SC

Step into a vital role as a CT/X-ray Technologist, delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services on a 13-week contract. This position is well-suited for skilled professionals with a background in both radiology and CT scanning, seeking to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic healthcare team.

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Weekends required
• Hours: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm

Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) certification required
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred (CT experience required if certification not held)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 50 miles from the facility required (no local candidates)
• Demonstrated experience performing CT and X-ray procedures in a hospital or acute care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray exams according to physician orders and department protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining processes and ensuring comfort and safety throughout
• Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Uphold infection control, radiation safety, and quality assurance standards at all times
