Radiologic Technologist in Grand Blanc, MI

A respected healthcare facility in Grand Blanc, MI is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join their imaging team for a 13-week contract. This facility is a Level II Trauma Center, providing the ideal environment to refine your expertise and contribute to patient care at a high volume.

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour shifts each week: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling is not available

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Tech or X-ray Technologist
• Current ARRT (R) certification
• Active BLS certification
• Procedure experience is highly desirable
• Operating Room (OR) experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment and perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic procedures in accordance with facility protocols and physician instructions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to provide fast, accurate imaging for trauma and medical patient populations
• Support efficient and compassionate patient care, ensuring clear positioning, safety, and comfort
• Document imaging procedures accurately in accordance with facility and industry standards
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and ready for emergency use
• Participate in on-the-job training, process improvement, and maintain a high compliance with safety procedures
• Adapt to the needs of a busy trauma environment, assisting with OR and specialized procedure imaging as needed
