Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week, 07:00–17:30
• Rotating day off each week

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current ARRT registration required
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) licensure required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Vascular Interventional (VI) Certification preferred
• Experience in Interventional Radiology required; pediatric experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality routine and specialized interventional radiographic procedures for diagnostic interpretation
• Maintain accuracy in radiographic positioning, exposure, and documentation in line with institutional policy and state regulations
• Integrate scientific knowledge, technical skills, and compassionate patient interaction to deliver exceptional care
• Apply critical thinking and ethical judgement for safe, effective procedure completion
• Ensure radiation safety and protection for patients, self, and colleagues
• Provide clinical education, mentorship, and training to staff, students, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and maintain inventory and ensure a safe, hazard-free environment
• Confirm patient identity and informed consent, assess contraindications, and respond proactively to patient needs
