Qualifications:

• Current certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Licensed to practice in applicable state (if required)
• Proven experience as a Radiology Tech, X-ray Tech, CT Tech, or PET Tech
• Proficiency in producing high-quality diagnostic images, managing imaging equipment, and adhering to safety protocols
• Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of radiation protection standards and infection control procedures
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract position

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, PET) as ordered by medical staff, ensuring accurate and high-quality results
• Prepare patients for imaging studies and provide clear instructions to ensure their comfort and understanding
• Carefully operate and maintain imaging equipment, following all safety measures
• Accurately document patient procedures and maintain meticulous records
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to analyze images and support diagnoses
