Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification (Radiography)
• Active state license in Radiologic Technology (if required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency operating digital radiographic equipment and performing diagnostic procedures
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Previous hospital-based radiology experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations as ordered by physicians
• Accurately position patients and optimize exposure techniques to ensure safe and effective imaging
• Verify patient identity and obtain necessary clinical history prior to procedures
• Maintain proper documentation and imaging records according to hospital policies
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care plans
• Consistently adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols
