Key Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Radiological Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Valid state licensure as required for radiographers
  • Solid knowledge of radiographic equipment, safety protocols, and modern imaging techniques
  • Previous experience performing diagnostic imaging (X-ray, fluoroscopy, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail in image quality and patient identification
  • Strong communication and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and care teams
  • Current BLS certification

Schedule/Hours:

  • Specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols
  • Ensure proper positioning and comfort of patients throughout the exam process
  • Maintain and calibrate radiological equipment; report malfunctions as needed
  • Document patient information and procedure details in electronic health records
  • Practice strict adherence to all health, safety, and infection control guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other care providers to deliver optimal diagnostic images
  • Assist with patient preparation and provide clear instructions to ensure safety and compliance
