Radiologic Technologist in Moncks Corner, SC

Step into a dynamic imaging environment providing critical support as part of an expert radiology team. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks, utilizing your skillset in Radiology and X-ray technology with a focus on CT scans. You’ll play a key role in capturing high-quality diagnostic images for patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Monday through Thursday
• Nights: 8:30pm – 7:30am

Key Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) certification required
• ARRT(CT) preferred (candidates with strong CT experience and (R) certification will be considered)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 50 miles residence distance from facility (no locals)
• Prior experience in a radiology or X-ray tech capacity; CT scan experience highly valued
• Ability to float to other facilities as needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to perform imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and safety guidelines
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, explaining steps and answering questions to ensure comfort and safety
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to deliver timely, accurate imaging results
• Maintain quality control of images, following procedures for documentation and equipment maintenance
• Float to additional facilities within the health system as operationally required, maintaining adaptability and high standards of practice

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
