Radiologic Technologist - North Charleston, SC

Step into a vital imaging role supporting patient care through advanced diagnostic services. This 13-week contract position focuses on providing expert-level radiological and CT imaging while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team. Your strong technical background and patient-centered approach will ensure exceptional service and accurate results.

Schedule/Hours:

• 4x10 hour shifts, nights
• Monday – Thursday, 8:30 pm – 7:30 am

Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) certification is required
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred; will consider candidates with strong CT experience even if not certified
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Professional experience as a Radiology Technologist, Radiology Tech, or X-ray Tech
• Willingness to float to different facilities as organizational needs require
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray and CT scanners to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures
• Verify patient identification and clinical history to ensure accurate testing and safety
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare colleagues for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document images, procedures, and pertinent patient information in the health record
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure peak performance
