Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Demonstrated proficiency in X-ray, Radiology, and CT/PET imaging practices
• Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility environment is preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong knowledge of imaging safety protocols and patient positioning
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Schedule:

• Full-time contract position with rotating shifts

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT, and PET scanners, in accordance with established guidelines
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout
• Verify physician orders, document procedures, and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and medical staff to interpret results and provide timely reporting
• Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the imaging suite
• Provide compassionate assistance to patients, answering questions, and allaying concerns
