Travel Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) - Paterson, New Jersey

This travel role provides exposure to a wide range of advanced radiologic and cath lab procedures—an excellent way to diversify your resume and grow your expertise. You’ll collaborate closely with top-level professionals while developing leadership and adaptability in fast-paced clinical settings. Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts weekly, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Minimum of 9 shifts per month
• Must be available for 24-hour call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays; required to arrive within 30 minutes of call/page

Qualifications:

• Proven Cath Lab experience
• Strong proficiency in using C-Arm machines and routine LEAD maintenance
• Certification in fluoroscopy procedures
• Skilled in assisting with Cath Procedures and PCIs
• Experience with the insertion of Impella devices and balloon pumps
• Scrubbing IR procedures: nephrostomy tube, PICC, Permacath, pacemaker insertions, cerebral thrombectomy
• RT should also possess RCIS-level skills
• Priority given to candidates holding a NJ ARRT license

Responsibilities:

• Support cardiology procedures including complex device insertions
• Independently operate imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Scrub and assist with a variety of interventional radiology cases
• Maintain emergency call readiness within 30-minute response time
