Schedule:

• 4x10 hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Rotating day off each week

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification required
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Vascular Interventional (VI) Certification preferred
• Previous experience in Interventional Radiology essential; pediatric experience highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise interventional and radiographic procedures according to provider requests
• Maintain strict standards for radiographic positioning, exposure technique, and radiation safety
• Assess patient conditions, contraindications, and readiness for procedures; verify identities and consent
• Administer appropriate contrast agents, considering patient-specific variables
• Document procedures and medication activities in compliance with state and facility policies
• Provide communication, education, and mentoring to students and clinical staff
• Maintain inventory to support continuous workflow; uphold safety and quality standards
