Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid certification or license as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Experience operating digital X-ray and radiologic imaging equipment
  • Strong understanding of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient positioning
  • Ability to accurately follow physician orders and produce precise diagnostic images
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and multidisciplinary teamwork
  • Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and quality standards

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic X-ray and radiology procedures as ordered by physicians
  • Accurately position patients to capture optimal images while explaining procedures for patient comfort
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment ensuring safety and functionality
  • Adhere to compliance and safety guidelines in line with departmental and regulatory standards
  • Record patient histories, document procedures, and manage digital images within the healthcare record system
  • Assist with workflow efficiency, helping to maintain a smooth and patient-centered environment
