Schedule/Hours:

  • Mix of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts, both days and nights; assigned shifts and schedule posted at least 2 weeks in advance
  • Some weekend and holiday shifts required, aligned with departmental needs
  • Occasional on-call duties with 45-minute response time

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT RT(R) certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Competency in General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and OR imaging; must be able to perform all exams in these areas
  • Familiarity with EMR (EPIC) and PACS (SECTRA); comfortable with Windows-based systems
  • Experience with GE and Shimadzu X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment is a plus
  • Ability to float between General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, OR, ED, and Portables

Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform General X-rays, Fluoroscopy, and OR imaging studies
  • Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide high-quality imaging services and patient care
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies
  • Adapt to varying patient volumes—averaging 80-100 studies per day
