Radiologic Technologist in South Bend, IN

Schedule and Hours:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Mid-shift: 12:00pm – 10:30pm
• Specific days to be finalized during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• Active ARRT(R) registration
• Valid Indiana Radiologic Technologist license
• Prior experience as a Radiology Tech or X-ray Technologist strongly preferred
• Proven ability to operate imaging equipment, maintain accuracy, and ensure patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality radiologic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocol
• Prepare and position patients to achieve optimal imaging results while maintaining comfort and safety
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in the medical record system
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists
• Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and in compliance with safety and operational standards
• Adhere to all infection control and patient privacy protocols
