This opportunity places you at a very busy Level II Trauma Center, with a possible conversion to Level I, offering fast-paced workflows and exposure to a broad patient population, including adults and occasional pediatric cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour mid shifts per week
- 11am start time
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of experience in Radiology preferred; strong applicants with robust skills considered
- Open to first-time travelers with at least 2 years’ experience in the specialty
- Experienced in fluoroscopy, surgical radiology, portable, trauma, and diagnostic imaging
- Fluoroscopy and OR experience required; O-arm familiarity a plus
- Must provide personal x-ray marker
- Comfortable operating GE, Siemens, and Konica imaging technology, using Cerner EMR
- Flexibility to float within the Radiology department as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients in a Level II Trauma setting
- Maintain a rapid patient flow, averaging approximately four patients per hour
- Collaborate with a team of techs and students on various shifts, including weekend rotations
- Ensure all procedures are performed according to established protocols, prioritizing patient safety and quality diagnostics
- Adhere to department policies regarding shifts, weekend rotations, and holiday coverage
- Participate in hospital and unit orientation as scheduled

$1,935 - $2,040/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
