Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend coverage required, including either Monday or Friday
• 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Flexible weekday shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s; details finalized during interview)

Qualifications/Experience:

• Certified Surgical Tech preferred; will also consider strong non-certified candidates
• Minimum five years of recent experience in the surgical setting—must be able to work independently from day one
• Background supporting ortho and general surgery cases required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support in surgical procedures, with a primary focus on orthopedic and general specialties
• Scrub, set up, and maintain sterile field according to facility and best practice standards
• Ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are prepared and functioning
• Assist the surgical team throughout cases, anticipating needs and adapting quickly
• Adhere to all departmental protocols and regulatory guidelines
