Schedule/Hours:

• Primary schedule: 7a-7p weekend coverage (including either Monday or Friday)
• Weekday coverage: Flexible—options for 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts; details to be discussed in the interview

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified or non-certified Surgical Scrub Tech (Certification highly preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ surgical tech experience; able to independently manage the role without the need for training
• Proficiency in imaging special procedures a plus
• Strong background in orthopedic and general surgical procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a sterile, safe environment for surgical patients
• Assist in preparing the OR for both orthopedic and general cases
• Support imaging special procedures as needed
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to changing case loads and procedures
