Schedule:

• Weekend coverage required, including either Monday or Friday, 7a-7p
• Flexible weekday shifts: options for 8, 10, or 12 hours, discussed further during the interview process

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech (certification preferred, but experienced uncertified candidates will be considered)
• Proficiency in imaging special procedures and surgical techniques
• Capable of working independently with minimal training required
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• Eager to adapt to new processes and hospital systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Scrubbing for orthopedic and general procedures
• Maintaining sterile technique and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and surgical teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Managing instruments, equipment, and supplies efficiently
