Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend coverage (including either Monday or Friday), 7a-7p
• Flexible weekday shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours, to be further discussed during interview)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scrub Tech, Surgical Tech (certified preferred, but non-certified considered)
• Proficiency and recent hands-on experience with Imaging - Special Procedures and Surgical Tech (Certified or Non-certified)
• Ability to independently scrub for orthopedic and general surgery cases
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced surgical environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide surgical assistance for orthopedic and general cases
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field before and during procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia teams
• Operate specialized imaging equipment as needed for special procedures
• Uphold strict infection control and safety measures
• Manage instruments, supplies, and equipment with expert efficiency
