Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend coverage is required, including either Monday or Friday (7a–7p)
• Weekday shifts are flexible (8, 10, or 12 hours, to be discussed further in the interview)

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Surgical Tech preferred, but experienced uncertified candidates are also considered
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech; must be able to perform independently with no need for training
• Skills in Imaging (Special Procedures) and both certified and non-certified Surgical Technology
• Strong knowledge of sterile field maintenance, instrumentation for ortho/general cases, and best practices in a high-paced OR

• Prepare and organize instruments and supplies prior to and during surgical procedures
• Support the OR team in complex ortho and general cases
