Ultrasonographer in Adams, NE

Schedule:

• 20-week contract
• Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
• 7:00 am – 5:00 pm schedule
• Call rotation required

Qualifications:

• Current certification with ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven experience in General Ultrasound imaging techniques and procedures
• Skilled in gathering and documenting accurate patient histories as related to imaging activities
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other clinicians

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic general ultrasound procedures with a high degree of clinical skill and patient care sensitivity
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain ultrasound equipment in accordance with established standards
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely completion of exam documentation
• Assist radiologists and referring physicians in reviewing and interpreting ultrasound results
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
• Flexibly participate in required call rotation and adjust to workflow needs as directed by leadership
