This contract role focuses on performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, providing critical information to support patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification as an Ultrasound Technologist (RDMS or equivalent)
• Demonstrated proficiency in general ultrasound imaging techniques
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of sonography safety standards and protocols
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized ultrasound exams as ordered by medical staff
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment in accordance with established guidelines
• Analyze and review images to ensure accuracy and clarity for diagnostic purposes
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records within the system
