Ultrasonographer Tech | Boca Raton, Florida

This opportunity calls for a skilled Ultrasound Technologist with a background in general imaging to support a dedicated clinical team for a 13-week engagement.

Schedule Options:

• Five 8-hour shifts weekly (7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)
• Four 10-hour shifts weekly with Wednesdays off (start times at 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.)

Qualifications:

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general ultrasound imaging
• Strong technical skills in conducting and optimizing sonographic examinations
• Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments and follow strict imaging protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of general ultrasound procedures including, but not limited to, abdominal, small parts, and vascular exams
• Analyze images for diagnostic quality and accuracy, ensuring optimal visualization for interpretation by radiologists
• Prepare and position patients with care and professionalism, explaining procedures and answering questions
• Maintain equipment functionality and arrange for troubleshooting or repairs as needed
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards
• Document and report findings per department protocols

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
