This traveling opportunity not only provides exposure to a variety of imaging cases, from abdomen and OBGYN to small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular assessments, but also offers valuable networking and learning experiences within multidisciplinary teams. Schedule:
- Rotating Weeks:
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Week 2: Wednesday, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm; Thursday, 9:30 am – 8:00 pm; Friday, 9:30 am – 9:00 pm; Saturday, 10:30 am – 11:00 pm
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in general ultrasound imaging: abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, follicular scans
- Experience or familiarity with GE Logiq E10/E9 and GE Volusons preferred
- Added value for NICU and OR ultrasound experience
- Current applicable licensure/certifications in sonography (ARDMS or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic ultrasound exams in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records
- Ensure proper operation and safety of imaging equipment
- Support quality assurance and participate in continuous process improvement
