Step into a pivotal role performing general ultrasound imaging in a respected healthcare environment. This contract opportunity is designed for a Sonographer with a strong passion for patient care and technical excellence, with an initial term of 13 weeks and the potential for a permanent position based on performance and client needs.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Qualifications:

  • Current BLS certification required
  • Registered with ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
  • At least 3 years of experience in OB ultrasound
  • Proficient in a wide range of general ultrasound procedures
  • Hands-on experience using GE ultrasound equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to participate in a second, in-person scan interview (candidates will be compensated for this 3–4 hour session)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality general and OB ultrasound exams independently and efficiently
  • Collaborate with medical staff to interpret findings and ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with facility safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with both patients and colleagues, demonstrating an empathetic approach to patient care
  • Adapt to evolving protocols and new imaging technology as needed
