Expand your expertise in diagnostic imaging with an engaging opportunity for an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer specializing in general ultrasound. This role, based on a 13-week contract, is ideal for professionals seeking to leverage their skills within a high-demand clinical setting and explore the potential for a permanent position.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid BLS certification
  • ARDMS credentialing
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Obstetric (OB) ultrasound
  • Proficiency with GE ultrasound equipment
  • Strong patient-care focus and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality ultrasound exams (OB and general) following department protocols
  • Utilize GE equipment to capture accurate diagnostic images
  • Deliver compassionate, clear communication to patients throughout exams
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards

Additional Details:

  • A second-round in-person scan interview is required, lasting 3-4 hours; you will be compensated for your time during this evaluation.
  • Preference given to candidates open to eventual permanent hire as part of the clinical imaging team.
