Ultrasonographer Tech | Concord, North Carolina

Step into a crucial role supporting women’s health as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer specializing in OB. This contract opportunity offers a 13-week assignment where expertise in general ultrasound and high-risk OB imaging are highly valued.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm

Key Qualifications:

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• RDMS (OBGYN) credential required; Fetal Echo certification highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with high-risk OBGYN ultrasound
• Proficiency in fetal biometry, fetal anatomy assessments, cardiac imaging, and umbilical Doppler studies
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated imaging team
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform general and OBGYN-specific ultrasound studies, with a focus on high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct and interpret fetal biometry, detailed anatomy scans, and fetal cardiac imaging
• Accurately complete umbilical Doppler evaluations in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Communicate imaging findings effectively with physicians and members of the patient care team
• Document each procedure meticulously and maintain patient confidentiality
• Adapt to varying patient needs and operate within a fast-paced clinical environment
• Wear designated scrub colors (grey or black) in compliance with facility standards
