Qualifications:

  • ARDMS certification required
  • Proven track record as a seasoned Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both OB and General ultrasound procedures
  • Strong ability to manage a high-volume caseload, particularly in level 1 trauma settings
  • Skilled at maintaining attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact professionally with patients and medical staff

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging including OB and general studies with a commitment to accuracy and patient comfort
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver timely and effective imaging support
  • Adapt quickly to varying patient needs, prioritizing cases efficiently in a high-acuity environment
  • Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met
  • Produce thorough, precise documentation and imaging records in accordance with facility protocols
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all compliance requirements
  • Flexibly respond to variable shift assignments dictated by facility needs
