Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ultrasound procedures including abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular exams as requested by providers.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring safety, comfort, and the highest quality diagnostic results.
- Utilize and care for imaging equipment according to established protocols.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to system policies regarding patient records and imaging results.
- Provide patient education and address any questions related to ultrasound procedures.
Desired Qualifications:
- ARDMS certification in General Ultrasound (or eligible).
- Current state licensure for ultrasound/sonography, if applicable.
- Previous experience performing a wide range of ultrasound scans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
