Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts
• Weekend nights

Qualifications:

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) certification required
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound/sonography
• Comprehensive knowledge of General Ultrasound procedures and outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong attention to accuracy, safety, and patient comfort

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic general ultrasound studies based on physician orders
• Explain procedures and ease patient concerns before, during, and after scans
• Operate and maintain ultrasound imaging equipment with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Collect and document patient histories, technical findings, and images in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for best patient outcomes
• Ensure all protocols, infection control, and privacy standards are consistently followed
• Assist with workflow efficiency and support colleagues as needed during weekend night shifts
