Ultrasonographer in Grove City, OH

Opportunity available for an experienced professional skilled in Imaging – Ultrasound General and proficient as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer. This contract position is for a period of 13 weeks.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Nights: 7:30pm – 6:00am, Monday through Thursday

Required Qualifications:

• Current certification by ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated experience performing general ultrasound procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in imaging techniques
• Ability to maintain professionalism and compassion in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality ultrasound examinations following physician orders and protocols
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare team members to interpret and communicate results
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and ultrasound equipment, ensuring readiness and infection control standards
• Accurately document procedures and patient information within the electronic medical record system
• Address patient questions and make the imaging process as comfortable as possible
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards of care
