Required Qualifications & Experience:
- ARDMS certification or eligible (Ultrasound General)
- Proven skills as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer in a clinical setting
- Ability to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator, adaptable to new team environments
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic ultrasound imaging on patients as ordered by physicians
- Prepare and operate ultrasound equipment according to protocols
- Ensure high-quality images for physician interpretation
- Collaborate with medical teams to review images and provide necessary support
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all stages of care
- Complete documentation and records pertinent to each procedure
