Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer from an accredited program
- Proficient in general ultrasound imaging techniques, including abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts
- Working knowledge and familiarity with ultrasound equipment, safety protocols, and quality control procedures
- Ability to accurately document and communicate findings to physicians and other healthcare providers
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare facility setting strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality general ultrasound exams in accordance with physician orders and department guidelines
- Prepare patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
- Review and maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs
- Collaborate with radiologists and members of the care team to facilitate accurate diagnosis and patient management
- Uphold all infection control, safety, and privacy standards
- Participate in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting technical concerns as needed

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
