Schedule:

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts
  • Weekend nights

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered by ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
  • Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer
  • Proficiency in general imaging ultrasound procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of general ultrasound procedures as ordered by physicians
  • Acquire and analyze diagnostic images in accordance with established protocols
  • Document patient history and exam results accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Ensure proper patient identification, education, safety, and comfort throughout procedures
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare providers to deliver top-quality care
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and adhere to infection control standards
