Ultrasound Tech | Hilliard, Ohio

Contribute your expertise in ultrasound imaging and patient care in a dynamic clinical environment on a 13-week contract assignment. This role calls for an experienced professional who is skilled in general ultrasound procedures and is committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour night shifts per week
• Hours: 7:30pm – 6:00am, Monday through Thursday

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) certification required
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated experience performing general ultrasound studies
• Proficient with contemporary ultrasound technology and patient safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative care setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality general ultrasound examinations as ordered, ensuring accurate imaging and documentation
• Position patients and maintain optimal image quality while considering patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to communicate findings and support diagnostic decisions
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, following facility protocols and industry standards
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedures and results in the electronic medical record system
• Demonstrate compassionate care and effective communication with patients from diverse backgrounds
