Ultrasound Technologist in Huntersville, NC

Deliver excellence in women’s health as an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in high-risk OB/GYN imaging. This 13-week contract role calls for a dedicated professional with advanced sonography skills, providing critical insight for maternal-fetal care with a reputable healthcare facility.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Key Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• RDMS (OBGYN) required; Fetal Echo certification highly preferred
• Proven experience in high-risk OBGYN ultrasound imaging
• Proficiency with fetal biometry, fetal anatomy, cardiac imaging, and umbilical Dopplers
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform OB ultrasounds for high-risk pregnancies, assisting with advanced perinatal diagnosis and care
• Accurately capture and analyze fetal measurements and anatomy
• Conduct detailed fetal cardiac and Doppler studies as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicating findings to physicians and supporting patient understanding
• Maintain equipment, ensure examination rooms are prepared, and consistently follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
• Adhere to department policies and wear required scrubs (grey or black)
