Ultrasonographer Tech - Huntersville, North Carolina

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced healthcare professional skilled in general ultrasound and OB sonography. This contract role spans 13 weeks and offers the chance to work with high-risk OBGYN patients in a dynamic medical environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Required Qualifications:

• Active BLS certification
• RDMS (OBGYN) credential
• Fetal Echo certification preferred
• High-risk OBGYN ultrasound experience required
• Skilled in performing fetal biometry, anatomy, cardiac evaluations, and umbilical Dopplers
• Proficient in imaging and sonographic protocols for obstetric patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and high-risk obstetric ultrasound procedures, producing quality diagnostic images for interpretation
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of fetal growth, development, and anatomy
• Accurately complete fetal measurements and Doppler studies to support comprehensive prenatal care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe, patient-focused imaging
• Maintain appropriate documentation for all procedures in accordance with facility standards
• Promote a positive, compassionate atmosphere for patients and their families
