Role Overview:
You’ll perform a range of Ultrasound procedures, ensuring accurate imaging results based on physician specifications. From patient transfers to supporting the examination process, your skills will be essential for optimal patient care and diagnostic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate all Ultrasound imaging and related equipment efficiently and safely
• Position, educate, and immobilize patients for studies as needed
• Coordinate exams for quality and timely patient care
• Comply with provider imaging orders and submit required images for interpretation
• Evaluate the quality of images to meet clinical standards
• Engage in effective communication with patients, team members, radiologists, and leadership
• Use and maintain department supplies following protocols
• Practice sterile techniques and adhere to infection prevention policies
• Safely assist with patient transfers and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with general ultrasound procedures
• Registered or registry-eligible Sonographer (ARDMS or equivalent)
• Familiarity with hospital imaging protocols
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Commitment to sterile technique and patient safety
