Ultrasound Technologist - Matthews, NC

Deliver exceptional patient care in an advanced OB ultrasound setting for a 13-week assignment. This position calls for an experienced Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer skilled in high-risk obstetrics and fetal imaging. Schedule & Location:

• 8:00 am – 4:30 pm shifts
• Weekday work schedule
• Grey or black scrubs required

Qualifications:

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with OB/GYN specialty required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Fetal Echocardiography certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience in high-risk OBGYN ultrasound settings
• Proven proficiency in fetal biometry, anatomy, cardiac imaging, and umbilical Dopplers
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed OB ultrasound examinations, including fetal biometry, anatomy surveys, and cardiac assessments
• Assist with advanced diagnostic procedures, including evaluation of high-risk pregnancies
• Demonstrate accurate use of ultrasound equipment and adherence to safety protocols
• Document and communicate findings to physicians and healthcare team efficiently
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and facility requirements for documentation and reporting
