Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in general ultrasound imaging
• Registry with ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or equivalent credentials
• Proficiency operating modern ultrasound equipment
• At least one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume setting
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general ultrasound examinations and produce quality diagnostic images for interpretation
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical staff to ensure accurate diagnostic results
• Document patient history and imaging procedures effectively and in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment regularly
• Assist in scheduling and prepping patients for imaging procedures
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout each exam
