Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Current certification by ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) in General Ultrasound
• CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Recent experience performing a wide range of general ultrasound exams (abdomen, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular preferred)
• Ability to adapt to different hospital protocols and EMR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality ultrasound imaging to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to review and deliver exam results
• Observe infection prevention protocols and safety standards
• Accurately document patient information and imaging findings
• Engage with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
