Required Qualifications:
- ARDMS certification in diagnostic medical sonography or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer in a clinical setting
- Strong proficiency in performing and interpreting general ultrasound studies
- Familiarity with equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality control standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ultrasound procedures as ordered by medical staff, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort throughout each exam
- Prepare patients for exams, obtaining pertinent medical history and explaining procedures
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, as well as troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Accurately document and maintain patient records, adhering to facility protocols and HIPAA regulations
- Work efficiently to accommodate patient schedules and minimize wait times
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines as set by regulatory agencies

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
