This contract opportunity seeks an experienced ultrasound technologist proficient in a range of studies, including OB, general, and vascular exams. Schedule:

• 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Flexible weekday and weekend rotations as needed

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer
• Demonstrated skill in general, OB, and vascular ultrasound procedures
• Current ARDMS registration (or eligible)
• Experience with a variety of imaging equipment
• Strong patient communication and care skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent anatomical knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized ultrasound procedures, including obstetric, abdominal, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Operate ultrasound equipment efficiently, ensuring accurate image capture and optimal technical quality
• Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and maintaining patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to clarify exam requirements and deliver prompt, thorough results
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold compliance with privacy and safety regulations
• Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and functioning properly
• Assist with scheduling and workflow to maximize department efficiency
